Remembrance Day Photos
Britain’s Royal Family has been at several events this weekend to commemorate Remembrance Day.
Prince Philip met with veterans at Westminster Abbey’s Field of Remembrance on November 9. He planted the first cross in the field in memory of those who lost their lives serving their countries:

The Queen was guest of honor at the opening of the New Zealand Memorial in London on November 11:

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall were at the Royal Albert Hall on November 11 for the annual Festival of Remembrance:

The Queen laid a wreath at the Cenotaph during the Remembrance Day Service on Whitehall on November 12:

The Duchess of Cornwall and Prince William were also at the Remembrance Day Service at the Cenotaph:

The members of the Royal Family who were at the service at the Cenotaph were The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, The Duke of York, The Princess Royal, The Duke of Kent, Prince William, The Earl and Countess of Wessex, The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, and Princess Alexandra.

Members of the family celebrated Remembrance Day with the rest of the nation. Despite a bad back, The Queen was still able to open State Parliament, treating us to lots of photos of the pomp involved.
