The King grants the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs audience (10:00).
The Queen attends the opening of the new additon to The Norwegian Academy of Music’s premises (13:00)
The King grants the President of the National Assembly of New Zealand, Her Excellency Ms Margaret Wilson, audience (13:00).
The King is hosting a reception at the Royal Palace for the recipients of the King’s Medal of Merit (14:00).
October 05, 2007
The King grants the Ambassador of Cuba, His Excellency Mr Jorge Néstor Lamadrid Mascaró, a farewell audience (12:30).
October 06 2007
The King and Queen attend the official opening of the gas field Ormen Lange, Aukra.
Princess Astrid, Mrs Ferner attend Norwegian harvest festival in Minnesota, USA.
October 08, 2007
The Queen attends the children’s festival “Barn er bra!” in Haugesund.
The King grants the Chief of the Naval Staff audience (11:30)
The King grants representatives of the association Norwegian Dragoons, Mr. Jan Kristian Næss and Mr. Helge Korslund, Audience (12:30).
The Crown Prince attends a lecture at Oslo Militære Samfund (19:00).
October 10, 2007
The King unveils statue of Norwegian explorer, scientist and diplomat Fridtjof Nansen (14:00).
The King attends commemorative lecture in honour of Norwegian explorer, scientist and diplomat Fridtjof Nansen (18:00).
The Crown Prince opens conference on transport and logistics.
Princess Astrid, Mrs Ferner attend Norwegian harvest festival in North Dakota, USA.
The Crown Princess attends the opening of a new ward at Asker and Bærum Hospital.
October 11, 2007
The King grants The Minister of Foreign Affairs audience (10:00).
The King grants the new Ambassador of Belgium, His Excellency Mr Christian Monnover, a formal audience 11:15.
The King grants the new Ambassador of Jordan, His Excellency Mr Ahmad Masa’deh, a formal audience (11:45).
The King and Queen host a dinner for the Norwegian Bishops. Their Royal Highnesses The Crown Prince and Crown Princess will also be in attendance (20:00).
October 12, 2007
The King grants The Prime Minister audience (10:15).
The King presides over the Council of State at the Royal Palace (11:00).
The Crown Prince attends reception marking the 50th anniversary of The Norwegian Association of the Deafblind, Oslo Town Hall (13:00)
The King and Queen are hosting a luncheon for new members of the diplomatic corps (13:30).
The Crown Princess attends the Anders Jahre’s Awards for Medical Research, University of Oslo (17:30)
October 15, 2007
The Crown Prince grants the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, Her Excellency Dr Asha-Rose Migiro, audience (12:30)
