Prince Charles and Camilla Enjoy Caribbean Visit
The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall are clearly enjoying themselves during their visit to the Caribbean. Among their activities in Trinidad were a game of Trinidadian cricket, music lessons with a steel pan, a cultural performance from the Arts in Action Theatre a reception, a simulated maritime narcotics raid by the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force Coastguard, and a dinner at The President’s residence and met former Heads of State and Government. The Prince gave a speech at the dinner, focusing on the importance of environmental protection.
On March 6, the third day of their tour, the royal couple went to Tobago and worshipped with an Anglican church community. Afterward, they visited the Tobago Marine Research Centre and the Coco Reef Hotel.
