Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip on Commonwealth Day 2008

Britain’s Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip attended a service for the Observance for Commonwealth Day at London’s Westminster Abbey on March 10, 2008. The Queen talks about the environment in her message, which you can read here.
