Today, Prince Henrik’s 75th birthday, was marked in public by a parade at Fredensborg Castle in Copenhagen, Denmark. The Danish royal family, including the youngest (and most adorable!) members, gathered on the steps to watch the parade.
The entire family helped make the occasion all the more festive for Prince Henrik. But Prince Christian and Princess Isabella, the children of the Prince Frederik and Princess Mary, practically stole the show. I dare say that the little royals were the cutest sight in the entire parade!

Here are the second set of photos from the celebration of the 75th birthday of Denmark’s Prince Henrik. These are from the concert held at the new Denmark Radios Concert Hall on June 10, 2009. A reception followed the performance.
The Danish royal family, sans the children, all attended the concert. Even Alexandra, Countess of Frederiksborg, came with her husband Martin Joergensen. She wore a one-shoulder white dress with black detailing.
Princess Marie, with Prince Joachim, also came in black and white. Hers was a flowing white dress under a short black jacket. Princess Mary was a head-turner in a simple but dazzling fuschia dress. Queen Margrethe chose a lovely blue dress for her husband’s concert celebration.
